Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

Overview

The City of Prescott and Prescott Regional Airport – Ernest A. Love Field has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26 for Prescott Regional Airport – Ernest A. Love Field.

The City receives Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation and complies with 49 CFR Part 26 in return.

2020-2021

For 2020-2021, the City of Prescott and Prescott Regional Airport – Ernest A. Love Field announced its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 5.5% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to Federal fiscal years 2020 through 2021 (10/1/2019-9/30/2021).

2022-2024

The City of Prescott hereby announces, Prescott Regional Airport, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Triennial Goals Plan for FFY 2022-2024. The proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Report is available for 30-day review beginning, October 1, 2023, at:

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS – AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS FFY 2022-24 [OVERALL GOALS (§26.45)
PRC recommended overall goal for period of Federal Fiscal Years (FFYs) 2022-2024 (October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024) is the following: 8.22 % of the Federal financial assistance the PRC, based on their Airport Capital Program, will expend on DOT-assisted contracts with DBE contractors.
DOT-assisted contract amount:
– FFY 2022 $8,049,150.00
– FFY 2023 $6,358,306.00
– FFY 2024 $5,468,172.00
Total: $19,875,628.00
